Delta-T Group is seeking School Based Behavioral Aides to support Richmond area schools for the 2026-27 school year. Independent contractor opportunities offer flexible roles providing direct assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, emphasizing safety, personal growth, and daily documentation.

Required training includes MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE de-escalation, CPR in person, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• CPR certification required (in person).

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.
