Delta-T Group is seeking School Based Behavioral Aides to support Richmond area schools for the 2026-27 school year. Independent contractor opportunities offer flexible roles providing direct assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, emphasizing safety, personal growth, and daily documentation.

Required training includes MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE de-escalation, CPR in person, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Crisis prevention and de-escalation training required (MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE).
• CPR certification required (in person).
• Experience working with individuals with IDD.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in school settings.
• Facilitate personal growth and relationship building.
• Encourage personal skill development through teaching and coaching.
• Complete daily logbook and relay feedback to Program Coordinator.
