Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavioral Aides to support students in Richmond-area schools for the 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities include helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow personally, fostering positive interactions, and guiding skill development.

Required are CPR certification and Crisis Prevention/De-Escalation training, plus experience working with IDD individuals and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Crisis Prevention and De-Escalation Training such as MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE
• CPR - in person
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, facilitating personal growth and relationship building.
• Ensure a pleasant experience for individuals in a quality program.
• Encourage personal skill development by showing, teaching, talking, and coaching.
• Complete daily logbook process, and relay feedback to the Program Coordinator
