Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking Behavioral Aides for Richmond area schools for the 2026-27 school year. The role focuses on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and helping them grow through relationship-building and skill development.

You will maintain a safe, respectful learning environment, assist with daily activities, document progress in logs, and communicate with the Program Coordinator to tailor supports.

Qualifications

• Crisis prevention/de‑escalation training required (MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
