Job summary

Delta-T Group Los Angeles, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Aide to support high and at-risk youths in foster care settings. You will engage youth, assist with schoolwork, and provide supervised interaction while maintaining a non-intrusive presence.

The role emphasizes redirecting challenging behaviors and working under the direction of foster parents, with a flexible evening/weekend schedule as a contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience working with at risk individuals (paid or unpaid).
• Produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, TB skin test, CPR and First Aid certification.
• High School diploma or higher.
• Background check may be required per local ordinances.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Experience working with at risk individuals (paid or unpaid)
• Produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
• High School diploma or higher
• Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
