Job summary

Covelo Group in Temple City, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our Educational Services team. You will work with students with behavior challenges in a classroom setting, supporting teachers and school staff to improve learning outcomes.

We offer competitive pay up to $25 per hour, weekly pay, and the option of full-time or part-time hours with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Health benefits eligibility after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience working with children in a home, facility, or school setting is preferred but not required.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one or with multiple students in a classroom, helping them manage their behavior and optimize their learning experience.
• Encourage positive behaviors and set appropriate boundaries.
• Observe and report students' progress toward their IEP/504 plan goals.
