Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a Behavior Technician to support students with behavioral needs in school-based settings. You will work with teachers and administrators to implement behavior plans and create a positive learning environment across K-12 classrooms.

Ideal candidates will have ABA exposure, a high school diploma, and BLS certification. This on-site role in California offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience with children in home, facility, or school settings preferred.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Help students learn to manage their behavior to optimize learning.
• Observe and report progress toward IEP/504 goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support behavior plans.
• Support diverse group of students from K-12 in classroom settings.
