Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Souderton, PA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support school-based services for preschoolers. The role entails assisting BCBA, data collection, and daily documentation in a supportive on-site setting.

You will work 7.5 hours weekly (M/W/F 9-11:30am). The company offers competitive compensation for direct and indirect time, mentorship from clinical leaders, and access to a lending library and professional development resources. This is a W2 position.

Qualifications

  • Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances are required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming.
  • Collect data on all programming and write progress notes.
  • Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and effective time management through daily documentation.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance status per agency policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a part time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide school-based services for a local a preschool setting in Souderton, PA.

Part time 7.5 hrs per week, M/W/FR 9-11:30am

  • PTS provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.

  • School-Based Academy: We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful.

  • Lending Library: PTS recognizes the additional expenses in providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapist to borrow as needed.

  • Team Tuesday: Join our monthly Team Tuesdays via Zoom where you can connect with other PTS professionals to ask questions, share resources, and network.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes.

  • Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures

  • Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.

  • Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy

  • Perform other duties as assigned
