Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide school-based ABA services for a High School student in Eagleville, PA. This is a full-time opening following the school calendar from September to June.

You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and school staff. Requirements include a High School Diploma and pediatrics experience; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience supporting pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA-based behavioral intervention to children as directed by BCBA.
• Models daily techniques and trains teachers to implement high-fidelity interventions.
• Collaborates with crisis team to de-escalate behaviors when needed.
• Collects data on all programming as directed by the BCBA.
• Consults with families and other agency personnel under BCBA oversight.
• Adheres to agency policies and maintains accurate documentation.
• Maintains CPR certification and participates in team meetings.
