The role involves collaborating with BCBA supervisors to implement safety plans and to support classroom staff in delivering effective interventions.

Competenze

• RBT certification or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Experience in training school personnel on behavior management preferred.
• Knowledge of Crisis Prevention Intervention certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Train HCDE staff in behavior management and safety plans.
• Provide modeling and facilitation to staff for implementing IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Travel to schools to deliver trainings.
• Maintain documentation and records of staff trainings.
