Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to support K–12 students in an after-school program in Concord, CA. This role provides one-on-one or small-group behavioral support after school, reinforcing positive behaviors and helping students participate in after-school activities.

The position offers consistent weekday afternoon hours, with a stable schedule and no nights or weekends. A high school diploma or GED and active BLS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous Behavior Technician, ABA, or behavioral support experience preferred.
• Active BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work consistently Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Dependable attendance throughout the school year.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to K–12 students.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and support student participation in after-school activities.
• Follow established behavior intervention and support plans.
• Track and document student behavior and progress.
• Work closely with program staff and clinical support teams.
