Covelo Group is seeking a Behavior Technician to support K-12 students in a South Pasadena, CA school setting. The role focuses on delivering direct behavioral support, implementing intervention plans, and helping students stay engaged during the school day.

The position can be full-time or part-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. Compensation is up to $25 per hour, with benefits starting after 30 days of full-time employment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA, Behavior Technician, or behavioral support experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to consistently follow established behavior and support plans.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled school hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to K-12 students.
• Implement behavior intervention and support plans.
• Help students stay engaged and follow classroom routines.
• Track and document student progress toward IEP or 504 goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical support teams.
