Job Description

Behavioral Health Works is seeking fun & energetic individuals who will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support. Our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. Our program is overseen by Clinical Directors and highly experienced BCBAs that can offer supervision as well. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is provided.

Requirements

• Two years of college education completed (60 credit hours in total)
• Provide in-home, center, and community-based ABA therapy and educational services
• Collect behavior & treatment plan goal data and IEP & AEP goal data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to collaborate with a team of professionals focused on positive outcomes
• Experience in ABA, education, or applicable background

Compensation

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Expected hours

Part-time (15-25 hours per week) & Full-time (30-40 hours per week) depending on client and staff availability.

Schedule

• Open 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday‑Friday, providing services within the center, in home and community. Full‑time hours require evening availability and comfort working in home‑based settings.
