Job summary

Care Options for Kids is hiring a Behavior Technician/Paraprofessional in McMinnville, OR to support teachers and students with diverse needs. You will provide one-on-one and small-group assistance, reinforce lessons, and help create a safe, encouraging classroom where students feel capable of growth.

This role emphasizes teamwork and structure, with ongoing guidance from experienced school-based professionals and collaboration with assigned teachers to support student success in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a classroom team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.

Requirements

• Experience as a Paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance
