The schedule is 9 months, Monday through Friday, with benefits eligible. The position involves data collection, ABA-based strategies in classrooms, and collaboration with MTSS teams to support diverse learners.

Qualifications

• 40 hours of applied behavior analysis training prior to hire or within four months from hire date.
• One-year experience working with complex behaviors in education, human services, or similar field.
• Strong literacy and math skills and ability to maintain composure under stress.

Responsibilities

• Implement students' behavior support plans with fidelity inside classrooms, lunch, and other settings.
• Collect data (frequency, duration, ABC, interval) to inform MTSS and BCBA teams.
• Follow MTSS/BCBA guidelines for student programming, progress monitoring, and data collection.
• Participate in professional development and maintain required certifications (ABA, CPI, Ukeru).
• Provide general student supervision and assist with school-wide behavioral initiatives.
