Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or coursework in education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children/adolescents in school or related settings is preferred.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Support students one-on-one and in small groups across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement behavior plans.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with families and educators as needed.
