Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• An associates degree or 48 college units (or approved test) is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as paraeducator, behavior intervention, or related role is preferred.
• Desirable: Bachelor's degree in related field and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior management intervention services.
• Support students with behavior plans throughout the day.
• Prompt and reinforce appropriate behaviors and de-escalate when needed.
• Collect and document behavioral data to track progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote safe learning environments.
