Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Obtain Child Abuse certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Support the treatment team with the client's IEP and behavior support plan.
• Document client progress towards IEP goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including other professionals.
