Qualifications

• A heart for working with children with autism.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally.
• Staying calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments.
• Accurate data collection and documentation.
• Professional communication with supervisors and families.
• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software.
• Working in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings.
