Qualifications

• Experience working with school-age children.
• Familiar with restorative behavior interventions.
• Maintain CPI certification.
• Understanding of PBIS plans and implementation.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Addresses attendance issues with SRO and counselor.
• Develops and updates attendance/tardy reports.
• Creates attendance/behavior plans with students and families.
• Conducts outreach events and home visits.
• Connects families to resources for behavior and attendance.
• Collaborates with teachers and families on academic needs.
