Job summary

This role requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field, classroom or therapeutic experience, and knowledge of ABA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, special education, or a related field is required.
• Previous classroom or therapeutic milieu experience is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to ABA is desired.
• ACT 33, ACT 34, and FBI Fingerprint Clearances.
• PA Mandated Reporter Training.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute IEPs and Mental Health Treatment Plans with fidelity.
• Apply Applied Behavior Analysis principles in classroom management.
• Support students’ progress through behavioral interventions.
