Devereux Center For Autism Education Services seeks a Behavior Specialist Consult (BSC) for school-based work in Delaware. You will support students with autism and developmental disabilities, conduct FBAs, and help implement behavior intervention plans.

This 10-month role includes a salary of $65,000-$75,000/year, with optional ESY summer programming, tuition loan repayment, BCBA supervision, and free CEU webinars to promote professional growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ABA master's program and actively accruing BCBA fieldwork hours towards certification OR Enrollment in a master's program in ABA and pursing BCBA certification
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Train and support school staff on behavior strategies
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
