Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a school-based BCBA to support elementary students in Horsham-Hatboro School District, Montgomery County, PA. This role offers predictable hours, reliable team backing, and a 10-month school calendar.

You will conduct FBAs, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and train school staff while collaborating with educators and a multidisciplinary team. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 annually for the school year, with optional ESY
