Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks a Behavior Specialist Consult (BSC) for schools in Delaware. This 10‑month, school-based role offers a competitive salary and ESY optional program to boost earnings. Location is New Castle County with a 65k–75k annual compensation.

The role includes supervising BCBA fieldwork hours, providing behavioral support, FBAs, and training school staff. A master’s in ABA or enrollment is required, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ABA master's program and actively accruing BCBA fieldwork hours towards certification OR enrollment in a master's program in ABA and pursuing BCBA certification.
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Train and support school staff on behavior strategies.
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
