Job summary

New Story Schools in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced ABA Specialist to deliver behavioral services for students ages 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will conduct FBAs, develop PBSPs, and train staff to implement data-driven strategies aligned with IEP goals.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA or a related field, at least two years of ABA delivery, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related human services field.
• Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery; including FBAs, PBSPs, and staff training.
• Minimum of two years working with individuals with ASD or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and positive behavior supports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized positive behavior support plans.
• Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring for assigned students.
• Train and support teachers and staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure behavioral goals align with IEP objectives.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to promote ongoing student success.
