ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs in New Castle, Delaware. The role offers a full-time salary of $100,000–$120,000, plus a relocation package up to $15,000 and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required or pursued in ABA/Behavior Analysis
• Active BCBA certification is required
• Initiate state licensure process before start date
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to need for intervention and staff performance
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Engage in typical BCBA activities and client care
