Job summary

Soliant is seeking a BCBA/ABA Therapist to support student success in a Newark, DE school. This leadership-oriented role collaborates with administrators to shape behavior programs and contribute toward the Dean of Behavior track.

You will work with educators to deliver assessments, design and monitor individualized ABA plans, and train teachers on strategies. This role offers a flexible schedule and growth opportunities within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Experience providing ABA therapy in educational settings preferred.
  • Ability to assess behavioral needs and develop data-driven intervention plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Understanding of FBAs and BIPs.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic school environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver behavioral assessment, consultation, and intervention services for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior programs in partnership with staff
  • Provide training and ongoing support to teachers and paraprofessionals on ABA strategies
  • Work closely with administration, especially in preparation for and development of the Dean of Behavior administrative role
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform and adjust intervention plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral specialist, offering actionable recommendations
  • Serve as a resource for school-wide behavior initiatives and positive behavioral supports
