Nyman Associates is seeking a School BCBA to provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges in a school setting. You will collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, train personnel, and monitor progress to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize relevant assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop positive behavior plans and support the classroom staff to ensure implementation.
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
