SEK INTERLOCAL #637 is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role to support students with disabilities and collaborate with IEP teams.

Applicants must hold a Kansas LBA license and a bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Valid Kansas LBA license.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with students with disabilities in Pre-K through 12th grade.
• Attend and participate in IEP Team meetings as necessary and requested.
• Apply ABA principles to help students socially, academically, and behaviorally.
• Ensure behavioral strategies are implemented consistently across all settings.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting strategies.
