The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role in Savannah, GA. The BCBA will work with K-12 students across the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System during the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities include direct behavioral services, FBAs, BIPs, and collaboration with school teams. Office or campus-based presence is required during scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration with school teams.
• Experience applying behavior analysis in K-12 settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across district sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Conduct and support FBAs.
• Develop and assist with BIPs.
• Support IEPs and data collection.
• Train, coach, and mentor teachers and staff.
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams.
