Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis from an accredited college or university.
• BCBA certification required.
• 1+ years of supervised experience developing, training, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans for children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience in developing, training, implementing, and monitoring verbal behavior programs.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; outstanding social skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates functional behavioral assessments and analyses.
• Participates in the development of behavior intervention plans.
• Participates in the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
• Confers with and/or trains staff, administrators, parents and others as necessary.
• Provides professional leadership to personnel designated to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Analyzes data and monitors the implementation of treatment plans.
• Modifies plans as necessary.
• Works collaboratively with other key personnel in the autism program.
• Conducts applied behavioral analysis workshops and seminars.
• Attends IEP meetings as needed.
