Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. seeks a School-Based BCBA to provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with developmental disabilities in Rockville, MD. You will develop and monitor BIPs, train staff, and collaborate with families to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Train school staff and monitor progress to support student outcomes.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
