Job summary

ESS Clinical is seeking a School-Based BCBA in Buford, GA. This W2, benefits-eligible role offers 35 hours per week with school hours, Monday–Friday, yearly contract, and immediate start. Pay is $127,000 per year.

You will conduct FBA/BIP, develop evidence-based interventions, monitor progress with data, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support MTSS/RTI and student growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• School-based experience preferred; mentorship available for newer professionals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting student growth and positive behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions.
