Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a public school district. This W2 contract role offers local and travel opportunities, with either full-time or part-time options and a 37.5-hour workweek.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, collect data, train staff, and collaborate with families and school teams. Additional duties include IEP participation, social skills instruction, and ensuring district reporting compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• State licensure if required by location.
• Endorsement/certification by the State Department of Education if required.
• School-based experience preferred, especially with students with autism and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decisions and monitor progress.
• Provide training and consultation to staff, paraprofessionals, and families on behavior strategies.
• Support crisis prevention, de-escalation, and intervention procedures.
• Collaborate with school teams, therapists, and families to coordinate services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral goals and documentation.
• Deliver social skills instruction using research-based programs.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, including data on restraint and seclusion.
• Serve as liaison with outside providers and mental health agencies.
• Promote a positive, inclusive school environment.
