Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Oley, PA seeks a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver school-based services in a local district. The role includes some direct 1:1 time with students and requires collaboration with school staff to support positive outcomes.

We offer competitive compensation for direct and indirect time (treatment sessions, documentation, meeting attendance, and report writing), a W2 position, ongoing onsite and offsite mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA
• Board certification in Behavior Analysis
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing student educational and behavior assessments and analyze progress regularly.
• Create and supervise implementation of positive behavior supports for Tier 1–3 interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop Individual Education Plans.
• Meet the needs of all students by partnering with other disciplines.
• Comply with federal/state laws, State Board rules, and district policies.
