Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Oley, PA seeks a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver school-based services in a local district. The role includes some direct 1:1 time with students and requires collaboration with school staff to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing student educational and behavior assessments and analyze progress regularly.
• Create and supervise implementation of positive behavior supports for Tier 1–3 interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop Individual Education Plans.
• Meet the needs of all students by partnering with other disciplines.
• Comply with federal/state laws, State Board rules, and district policies.

Job description

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based services to a local school district in Oley, PA. This position does also require some 1:1 time working directly with students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing student educational and behavior assessments and use results to develop and maintain high-quality treatment progress. Analyzing treatment data and evaluating student progress regularly.
• Create and supervise the implementation of positive behavior support for Tier 1 – 3 interventions.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop Individual Education Plans.
• Meet the needs of all students effectively by working in partnership with other disciplines
• Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.
