Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join our school-based team near Elkins Park, PA. This role offers flexibility to create your own schedule while supervising one RBT in a supportive school environment.

If you're interested in expanding your caseload, there are opportunities to supervise additional RBTs. You will work with a collaborative clinical team and help deliver high-quality, student-centered services to district students.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Active clearances (Child Abuse, State, and Federal).
• Passion for working with students in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise one RBT in a school-based setting and expand caseload if desired.
• Create your own flexible schedule.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to provide consultative services.
