Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Los Angeles, CA, to lead and mentor our internal clinical team delivering school-based ABA services. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and a year-round full-time arrangement, with opportunities to influence clinical practice across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA, has experience supervising RBTs, and can collaborate with school staff to drive student progress. Travel across Los Angeles County is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification.
• Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs or clinical staff.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across Los Angeles County.
• School-based or special education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs with ongoing clinical guidance.
• Evaluate candidates during hiring to ensure clinical fit.
• Lead new hire orientation and CPI training.
• Conduct competency assessments and performance evaluations.
• Oversee BIPs and ensure high-quality ABA services.
• Partner with school staff and families to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations.
• Ensure documentation and supervision meet BACB standards.
• Travel to school sites throughout Los Angeles County as needed.
