Job summary

Connect n Care ABA is seeking a School-Based BCBA in Charlotte, NC to collaborate with teachers and families in schools, daycares and preschools. The role emphasizes daytime hours and a hybrid work model to fit a balanced schedule.

You'll support children's learning in educational settings, develop behavior plans, and work with a supportive clinical team offering mentorship and professional growth opportunities. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligible to obtain licensure
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• North Carolina BCBA licensure or eligibility (we cover the cost!)

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification or scheduled BCBA exam
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
