Job summary

Connect n Care ABA in Burlington, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team serving Burlington, NC and surrounding communities. Hybrid, daytime hours, with full-time or part-time options to fit you and the families we serve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise BAs and RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families. Requires BCBA certification, a master's degree, and NC LBA license or eligibility, with

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required or in process.
• Master's degree aligned with certification and licensure requirements.
• Active North Carolina LBA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to provide in-person clinical services.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and use data to guide treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers through training and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical, evidence-based practices.

• Full-Time Salaried: $90,000–$110,000+ annually
• Full-Time Hourly: $85–$100 per hour
• Part-Time Hourly: $85–$100 per hour
• Bonus Opportunities: Eligible candidates may qualify for sign-on bonuses and additional incentives, including programs offering up to $12,000.

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification or scheduled BCBA exam
• A master's degree consistent with certification and licensure requirements
• An active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility to obtain one
• A commitment to individualized, ethical, evidence-based care
• Ability to provide required in-person services

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
