Job summary

We seek compassionate BCBAs or BCaBAs to support students with behavioral needs and work with staff to implement effective interventions. In this school-based role, you will assess behavior, develop BIPs, train personnel, and monitor progress to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) using relevant assessment tools.
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff for implementation.
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
