Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. seeks seasoned BCBA/BCaBA or BCBA-RBT Supervisor to support students with behavioral challenges in school settings. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and guide staff with evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required or eligibility.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff to ensure implementation; collect, analyze and graph behavioral data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
