Job summary

Bradley Schools seeks a BCBA to provide school-based functional behavioral analytic services under Clinical Director supervision. You will conduct assessments, design and implement interventions, and consult with teachers to support student progress.

You may lead treatment teams and supervise graduate-level BCBA trainees, while adhering to school policies and promoting respectful, evidence-based practice within an integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited school.
• Board certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analytic Certification Board.
• Licensure by the RI Department of Health as an Applied Behavior Analyst.
• Knowledge of school-aged youth development and relevant factors affecting behavior.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and interpret data.
• Develop and implement school-based behavior intervention plans.
• Provide ongoing consultation to teachers and families.
• Lead treatment teams for Bradley School classrooms when needed.
• Supervise graduate-level trainees enrolled in BCBA programs.
• Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and practices.
