Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited program.
• Board certification as a BCBA is required.
• Licensure by the RI Department of Health as a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
• Experience in clinical and/or school settings is highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior plans.
• Provide high-quality behavioral analytic services to assigned students.
• Lead and participate in teamwork meetings with parents and school staff.
• Supervise graduate-level trainees enrolled in BCBA programs.
• Maintain required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
