Job summary

ESS Clinical in Nashua, NH, is seeking dedicated BCBA professionals to support students in a school-based setting for the 2026–2027 year. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized plans, implement interventions, and analyze data to monitor progress, with HIPAA-compliant record-keeping and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA Certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
• Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices
• BCBA Certification (Required)

• Strong data collection and analysis skills
