Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a public school district in Ashland, MA. This W2 contract offers local or travel opportunities with 35 hours per week, suitable for both full-time and part-time placement.

The role involves conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, data-driven progress monitoring, and training staff and families in behavior intervention strategies, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education or related field.
• BCBA certification required for eligibility.
• State licensure if required by location.
• DOE endorsement if required.
• Experience in school settings with autism and behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Provide training and consultation to staff and families.
• Support crisis prevention and de-escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to coordinate services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral goals.
• Deliver social skills instruction using evidence-based programs.
• Ensure compliance with district/state/federal reporting (restraint/seclusion).
• Liaise with outside providers and mental health agencies.

Education

Work Arrangement and Hours Per Week: 35 weekly hours

Student Age Range: K-12

School-Based Experience: Experience CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) and working with younger elementary-aged students with significant behavioral needs in a public school setting is strongly preferred. Must be prepared to step in immediately and provide hands-on, frontline behavioral support, including working directly with students who are experiencing behavioral escalation and require immediate intervention and de-escalation support.
