Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate Autistic Emotional Support Facilitators to help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally within Pennsylvania schools. The role focuses on supporting students with autism or emotional/behavioral needs in a one-on-one or small group setting.

You will implement behavior plans, apply ABA strategies, collect progress data, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school teams to promote student independence and positive classroom

Formación

• Experience supporting individuals with autism or emotional/behavioral needs.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and behavior intervention plans.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Apply ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and reinforce positive replacement behaviors.
• Collect and maintain behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school teams.
