Job summary

OhioHealth in central Ohio is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to support school partnerships under a contractual agreement with local districts. This non-exempt role is used for contingent and part-time positions when the base hours fall below the FLSA threshold.

You will evaluate athletic injuries, provide care before, during, and after events, and travel with teams as needed. Required: high school diploma or GED, Ohio licensure, and a bachelor’s degree with OT/PT/AT Board certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Licensed in Ohio in the athletic training field (LIC).
• Bachelor's Degree and OT/PT/AT Board certification as athletic trainer.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates athletic-related injuries.
• Provides athletic care before, during, and after events.
• Travels with athletic teams to away events as needed.
