Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time or part-time on-site American Sign Language Interpreter (ASL) for a school-based position in Kansas City, KS. The interpreter will deliver ASL services in classroom settings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support students in grades 6–12.

Ideal candidates hold an ASL interpretation certification, an EIPA score 3.5+, RID certification, and have experience in K-12 environments with knowledge of IDEA/IEP processes.

Qualifications

• ASL interpretation certification is required.
• EIPA score 3.5+ is required.
• RID certification is required.
• Experience interpreting in K-12 classrooms is preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes.
