Job summary

Forte Behavioral Health is seeking an Associate Clinical Supervisor to develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with special needs in a school setting. The role includes training and supervising interventionists, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, ABA, Counseling or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ABA therapy, special education or behavior intervention.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessments, and intervention strategies.
• Ability to train staff, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance, and ability to pass Live Scan and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Train and supervise BIs, RBTs, and school staff.
• Oversee intervention implementation, adjust strategies based on data and ensure fidelity.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and clinical teams to support student success.
• Maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Title 5, and BACB ethics.
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide staff training, and document progress reports.
